The core component of the heat recovery fresh air ventilator is the full heat exchanger. It features a special heat exchange core — such as a honeycomb or plate-fin structure made of paper, aluminum, or polymer materials. This structure increases the contact area between the air and the heat exchange core, improving heat exchange efficiency.

Efficient Heat Exchange
The unit adopts a cross-flow static flat plate heat exchanger. The cold and hot gases move perpendicular to each other, and the gas belongs to the turbulent boundary layer of convection heat exchange, allowing full heat transfer. The heat exchanger has a compact structure, no moving parts, and simple maintenance.
