Heat Exchanger
The finned heat exchanger uses a sinusoidal corrugated honeycomb hydrophilic aluminum sheet, composed of high-quality hydrophilic aluminum foil and copper tube.

The box wall panel is 25 mm thick. The wall panel steel plate is made of color steel plate and galvanized steel plate, with insulation material filled between the plates.
Filter
The primary filter is flame-retardant and anti-bacterial, with a filtration efficiency of G4 (European standard).
Fans and Motors
We choose well-known domestic brand fans with high-efficiency, high-strength impellers. The plant tests these impellers and shafts for dynamic and static balance.
One-Way Ventilation
The single fan configuration delivers fresh outdoor air into the room, relying on positive pressure to discharge dirty gas to the outside through other channels.
Efficient Energy Recovery
Using advanced foreign technology, our high-efficiency heat recovery heat exchanger achieves heat recovery efficiency greater than 65% and temperature efficiency greater than 70%, reducing the energy consumption of fresh air processing.
Ultra-Low Noise
A low-noise fan specially designed for air conditioners is selected, and the machine housing is covered with new sound-absorbing material for a fully silent design.
Efficient Heat Exchange
The unit adopts a cross-flow static flat plate heat exchanger. The cold and hot gases move perpendicular to each other, allowing full heat transfer with efficiency above 65%. The heat exchanger has a compact structure, no moving parts, and simple maintenance.
