The Heat Pump Recovery Ventilation Equipment is a new type of device that uses a compression refrigeration cycle to recover energy. The condenser and evaporator serve as heat exchange equipment, exchanging heat with the fresh air and exhaust air respectively. Heat from the exhaust air is recovered to the fresh air system through the compression refrigeration cycle, achieving heat recovery while completing the fresh air supply and exhaust functions of the air conditioning system.

Compressor

We choose well-known domestic brand fans with high-efficiency, high-strength impellers. The plant tests these impellers and shafts for dynamic and static balance.
Two-Way Ventilation, Multi-Stage Purification
Dual fan configuration realizes two-way ventilation between indoor and outdoor — sending fresh outdoor air into the room while discharging dirty gas at the same time.
DC Frequency Conversion
The DC variable frequency compressor adjusts operating frequency according to demand, maintaining a high integrated part-load value (IPLV) in both cooling and heating modes.
Efficient Energy Recovery
Due to improved compressor working conditions, the heat pump heat recovery fresh air ventilator improves COP value by more than 10% compared with an ordinary heat pump unit. Compared with traditional heat pump fresh air units, it saves more than 50% energy.
Heat Exchange Device
The unit adopts a cross-flow static flat plate heat exchanger. The cold and hot gases move perpendicular to each other, allowing full heat transfer with efficiency above 65%. The heat exchanger has a compact structure, no moving parts, and simple maintenance.
Low Noise Design
A low-noise fan specially designed for air conditioners is selected, and the machine housing is covered with new sound-absorbing material for a fully silent design.
