The fan impeller in this series is designed using a low-speed, high-pressure coefficient approach. It features an extended chord length, spatial distortion, and broad inclined blades, allowing it to deliver the necessary air volume and pressure while operating at low speeds. This design offers significant benefits, including high efficiency, reduced noise, minimal vibration, and stable performance.
The impeller is constructed from fiberglass reinforced plastic or aluminum alloy and can be paired with an explosion-proof motor, making it suitable for transporting flammable and explosive gases.
1. Easy Installation, Clean Design
The square shape is aesthetically pleasing. During architectural planning, square openings should be created in the wall based on the specific fan models. The fans are installed from the exterior. After placing rubber or cork between the fan casing and the wall, they can be secured from the interior using a fixed frame.
2. Rainproof and Backflow Prevention
A shutter damper is installed at the fan outlet near the exterior wall. It automatically closes when the fan is not in operation to stop indoor air from flowing back. When the fan is activated, the airflow automatically opens the damper.
3. Stable and Quiet Operation
A current equalizing grid is incorporated at the fan inlet to maintain consistent airflow and provide a safety feature. The square design ensures a solid installation with minimal vibration, resulting in stable operation and reduced noise levels.
